Last Saturday I had the opportunity to shoot the Chef’s Consortium annual Bannerman Island dinner. It was a really cool event and I had a great time documenting the unique food, the prep and event in this historic and iconic Hudson Valley location.
For those who don’t know, Bannerman Island has the ruins of the Bannerman Castle and home, and is located on the Hudson River, between Cold Spring and Garrison, NY. The island is open for tours and is raising money for restoration and preservation projects for the castle and house.
